When Paula and Dave, long-time regulars, decided to acquire Dino’s Trattoria, they did so

dedication to quality—while infusing new life into the trattoria.
They have undertaken the task of modernising the interior, updating the furniture and kitchen
equipment, and fitting a new bar, all while ensuring that the heart and soul of Dino’s remain
